When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details and the personalisation text you provide. We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers.
When you browse the site, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).
How we use it
- To process, make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it (to fulfil our contract with you).
- To handle questions, returns and refunds (contract and legitimate interests).
- To keep records for tax and accounting purposes (legal obligation).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, where you have agreed to analytics cookies (consent).
- To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
Who we share it with
We only share what is needed with trusted providers who help us run the shop:
- Our production partner, who personalises and dispatches your order (name, delivery address and personalisation details).
- Royal Mail, to deliver your order.
- Payment providers (Stripe), to process payments.
- Our website host and email providers, to run the site and send order emails.
- Google (Analytics, Merchant Center), to measure site performance and show our products in Google, where you have consented to cookies.
We never sell your personal information. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 6 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Account details are kept until you ask us to close your account. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe.
