Your order
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin production. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the personalisation is unsuitable, in which case we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.
Personalisation
We produce your item using exactly the text and details you enter, including spelling, punctuation and capitalisation. Please check them carefully before ordering, as we can’t accept responsibility for errors in the details you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse any personalisation we consider offensive, unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights. By ordering, you confirm you have the right to use any names, words or images you submit.
Previews and product photos are a guide only. Exact placement, size, colour and font may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Production and delivery
Production times are shown on each product page. We deliver within the UK using Royal Mail. Delivery options, costs and times are explained on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, and some remote postcodes may take longer. Responsibility for the item passes to you once it has been delivered.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because our products are personalised to your order, they can’t be returned for change of mind, and the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll replace or refund it. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
